service terms

I offer professional consulting services for TV and film development, including but not limited to:

• Script coverage and feedback
   
• Development notes
   
• Story and character consultation
   
• Cultural consulting for authenticity in narrative, character, and setting
   

All services will be delivered based on the agreed-upon scope and timeline outlined in the proposal or email confirmation.

Fees for services are communicated in advance and must be paid in full prior to project initiation, unless otherwise arranged. I accept payments via Venmo, Zelle and PayPal.  Work will not begin until payment is received.

Due to the nature of creative consulting and the time invested, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, regardless of whether the client uses or agrees with the feedback or recommendations provided.

All materials you share with me are treated as confidential. I do not share scripts, ideas, or development materials without your written consent. Likewise, any proprietary methods or insights I provide remain confidential and intended for your internal use only.

You retain all rights to your original material. However, written feedback, notes, and consultation documents provided by me remain my intellectual property and may not be redistributed, published, or used for training purposes without permission.

If a scheduled consultation  must be rescheduled or canceled, I require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may forfeit that session without refund. I’ll always aim to reschedule promptly if I need to move a meeting on my end.

I provide professional, experience-based advice and feedback, but I cannot guarantee outcomes such as production, representation, or sales. You accept full responsibility for how you choose to use my feedback and insights.
